How did we miss this?!

Oh right. We weren't blogging yet. 2008 was the International Year of the Potato. The UN declared it so! (But that organization is still 100% useless, because who needs the UN to tell us that potatoes are awesome? Not we.) Oh well, it's never too late to celebrate potatoes. I think I'll make them for dinner tonight, and make Mr. P happy. But how to prepare them? Decisions, decisions...
